Re: Policy on Developing Barytea Herbal Tea Distribution Agent System
Based on the plan to expand the market and the distribution network of Barytea Herbal Tea, Kizi Development Joint Stock Company announces the detailed policy for developing distribution agents as follows:
Definitions:
- Distribution Agent: A partner entitled to the distribution agent policies of Kizi.vn for Barytea Herbal Tea. (See details in Section IV: Conditions to Become a Distribution Agent Partner)
- Commission/Discount: The cost paid by Kizi to distribution agents according to Kizi.vn policies from time to time.
- Region/Branch: The business exploitation area specified by Kizi according to different periods.
Applicable Subjects:
- Level 1 Distribution Agent (Official Distributor)
- Level 2 Distribution Agent
- Level 3 Distribution Agent
Conditions for Upgrading Agents:
- Conditions for Upgrading to Level 3 Distribution Agent:
- Achieve revenue: 72 million VND/12 months
- Or place an order worth 15 million VND
- Conditions for Upgrading to Level 2 Distribution Agent:
- Achieve revenue: 288 million VND/12 months
- Or place an order worth 50 million VND
- Conditions for Upgrading to Level 1 Distribution Agent:
- Achieve revenue: 1.2 billion VND/12 months
Conditions to Become a Distribution Agent Partner:
- Level 3 Distribution Agent: Achieve a minimum revenue of 5 million VND/3 months
- Level 2 Distribution Agent: Achieve a minimum revenue of 20 million VND/3 months
- Level 1 Distribution Agent: Achieve a minimum revenue of 100 million VND/3 months
Promotion Rewards:
- Reward for Upgrading to Level 2:
- Reward: 1 million VND
- The reward will be converted into product value for the next order
- Reward for Upgrading to Level 1:
- Reward: 2 – 3.5 million VND (depending on whether upgrading from Level 3 to Level 1 or from Level 2 to Level 1)
- The reward will be converted into product value for the next order
Year-End Sales Bonus (3%):
- Level 1 Distribution Agent: Minimum annual revenue of 300 million VND
- Level 2 Distribution Agent: Minimum annual revenue of 150 million VND
- Level 3 Distribution Agent: Minimum annual revenue of 30 million VND
- Agents not meeting the minimum annual revenue will not receive the 3% year-end sales bonus.
- Annual revenue is calculated from January 1st to December 31st.

Order Regulations:
- After meeting the conditions to become a Kizi.vn distribution agent, agents must place orders according to the following regulations (not applicable for the first order):
- Level 3 Distribution Agent: Minimum order of 1,000,000 VND
- Level 2 Distribution Agent: Minimum order of 2,000,000 VND
- Level 1 Distribution Agent: Minimum order of 3,000,000 VND
Pricing Regulations:
- Agents are required to sell at the retail price listed by the company.
- If there is any change in agent pricing, it will be announced by the manufacturer 7-10 days in advance.
Shipping Fee Support Policy:
- Shipping fee support: 50%
- The specific shipping fee will be informed by SALES for each order.
- Free shipping for distribution agents within Hanoi.
Return Policy:
- Products can be returned within 30 days. The quantity returned is 30% of one order, and agents bear a 10% return fee.
- After 30 days, the company will not accept returns or process return orders to ensure customers always receive quality and beautiful products.
Payment Methods:
- Ordering: 30% deposit by bank transfer
- Upon receiving goods: Pay the remaining 70%
- For shipments by bus, 100% payment is required in advance.
Regulations and Effective Date:
- Distribution agent status will be revoked for violating Kizi.vn policies or not meeting the revenue requirements specified by Kizi.vn.
- This document is effective from July 5, 2024, until replaced and supersedes document number 01/04/2024/TB/KKT issued on April 1, 2024.
Thus, Kizi Development Joint Stock Company announces for relevant units and individuals to know and comply accordingly.
